EXCEPTIONAL!!!!…Is the only word that accurately describes the Nurse Leadership Training Workshop that was held in the Northern Cape – Kimberley – from the 12th-14th September 2023.
Hosted for 80 nursing leaders by The Exceptional Nurse Campaign, in partnership with the NC DoH, the aim was: “Your invitation to FLOURISH – not just SURVIVE but THRIVE!”
Prof Siedine Coetzee, Prof Judith Bruce, Ms. Mary-Ann Dubru, Sr. Teresa Basson, Mr. Riaan Strydom and Mr. Erich Schoeman were outstanding as speakers! The content was extremely relevant and helpful, the enthusiastic contribution of all delegates and the participation of Mediclinic, LenMed, Correctional Services and the SANDF made for an EXCELLENT conference! Apart from being deeply encouraged and enriched, each delegate received tools to bring about individual and heartfelt change in their working environments.
TEN Campaign is hoping to take this conference to other provinces on invitation.
